近年，由国际知名教育学者Michael A. Peters教授发起并担任总主编，组织全球学者编纂《教育哲学与理论百科全书》（Encyclopedia of Educational Philosophy and Theory）。该百科全书采用长篇专题词条的体例，由重要学术出版社Springer陆续出版。本系黄忠敬教授应邀作为分专题词目策划者之一，组织编撰涉及中国教育哲学与理论的系列条目。近期，Springer在线发布由本系师生参与撰写的七个专题词条，词条名称及撰者信息汇总如下。
