Dr. Mistilina Sato，女，分别从普林斯顿大学获学士学位、斯坦福大学获博士学位，师从Linda Darling-Hammond 及J. Myron Atkin。现任美国明尼苏达大学教师发展与研究中心执行理事，明尼苏达大学课程与教学系副教授。
内容提要：
Dr. Mistilina Sato now is doing research in Shanghai, which is a part of the International Teacher Policy Study led by Dr. Linda Darling-Hammond in Stanford University. The purpose of the study is to produce a comprehensive description of the policies and practices related to teaching quality used by jurisdictions that have highly developed systems of support for teachers and teaching. Because Shanghai has achieved a high level of success on international indicators of educational quality, its policies and practices may offer useful insights for educators around the world.
