为促进中国学生发展研究，推动学校变革研究的国际学术对话，教育部人文社科重点研究基地、华东师范大学基础教育改革与发展研究所特主办该次国际会议。
会议聚焦中国学生的班级、学校和社区生活，特别关注中国班主任这一特殊的教师群体所做出的创造性贡献，致力于促成中国班主任研究的高质量学术对话，推动国内学校、家庭、社区的教育合作研究，促成国内外学者间的交往与合作。
一、会议主题：班级、学校、社会与学生发展
具体议题如下：
1.中国班主任工作与学生发展的关系研究
2.以班主任为领导者的教师团队建设研究
3.学生学校、家庭、社区生活的融通研究
4.21世纪学生学校日常生活建设的中国经验与国际比较研究
二、会议时间：2016年6月18-19日（周六、周日）
三、会议地点：上海市中山北路3663号华东师范大学
四、论文征集
为彰显本次学术研讨会的学术氛围，大会组委会谨此向有兴趣的高校学者、地方科研机构研究员和具有学术研究底蕴的优秀班主任征求论文。
1．论文提交截止日期：2016年 5月 1 日。
2．论文遴选及使用
大会将由专家评议组对论文进行遴选，被本次国际会议接受的论文，将集结出版。

4. 参会报名程序
因本次国际会议强调高度的学术互动，因此，国内外参会代表人数在80人以内。请有意参会的国内外代表于2016年4月1日前，通过邮件与大会组委会联系，并于5月1日前提交会议论文。
五、会议费用
本次国际会议不收取会务费。
会议可以提供统一安排的食宿，也可以自行安排住宿，费用自理。

On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the International Conference of Institute of Schooling Reform and Development, East China Normal University, I am writing to invite your participation.

The theme is Student Development in Everyday Classroom, School, Family and Community Life. The objectives of the Conference include:
- To share research findings and knowledge related to the theme
- To develop the collaborative relationships among the scholars
- To connect the knowledge base of Chinese banzhuren practices to the global knowledge base of education and student development
