• On the forum of Teacher Education in the international forum of educational policy: China experience and world trend, the national education Macro Policy Institute sponsored by the national education Macro Policy Research Institute,he made a presentation on the theme of how to design teachers' performance salary can effectively motivate teachers - based on the survey of 110 counties in nine provinces in the western region of the Middle East.(2018.9.22)

• Took the graduate student to attend the annual academic conference of Chinese educational economics in 2017, and submitted 2 academic papers to the conference: the research on the imbalance of professional identity of rural teachers in the context of supply side reform (Ning Bentao, Lan Yuzheng); and the review of the annual salary system of Chinese University Teachers in the past ten years (methodological perspective) (Ning Bentao, Zhang Fan).(2017.12.9-10)
