  • On the forum of Teacher Education in the international forum of educational policy: China experience and world trend, the national education Macro Policy Institute sponsored by the national education Macro Policy Research Institute,he made a presentation on the theme of how to design teachers' performance salary can effectively motivate teachers - based on the survey of 110 counties in nine provinces in the western region of the Middle East.(2018.9.22)
