The review meeting on the innovation and entrepreneurship project of graduate students was held in Room 906 Liberal Arts Building Department of Education at ECNU at 13:30 November 8th, 2017. Mr. Huang Zhongjing, Wang Lunxin, Huang Shuguang, Dong Xuan, Du Mingfeng and Ms. Ju Yucui as the judges came to the meeting. There are also 12 research teams and more than 40 graduate students participated in.
The meeting was divided into two parts, one was the team project statement and two was “ask and answer” by the judges and the team leader (each part had a five- minute limitation). The team leader made a brief introduction about their project from aspects as following: research significances, research contents, research methods, schedules, expected results, possible difficulties and corresponding solutions and so on.
And then, based on project applications and presentations, the judges made an evaluation and asked some questions about each team’s work, they also gave some useful suggestions from aspects as following: to study the feasibility, to analyze the research problems, to focus on the research objects, to explore the research methods and to clear the questionnaire structures. The judges encouraged students to participate in scientific research activities actively and promoted the research level further of graduate students in the Department of Education and the students in the meeting had gained a lot.
After meeting, according to the reports and presentations by each team, the judges made a summary. The meeting was held successfully and it could cultivate the academic aptitude of graduate students, improve their ability of scientific research, lay the foundation for the thesis proposal of project a few month later.
